About Us

Designated PA was launched in London in September 2013 by founder, Jane Braithwaite and began life providing business owners and private individuals with virtual personal assistance. Just two years later Designated PA won its first award and since then the team has grown and diversified in line with the needs of our clients and now consists of a large team of executive personal assistants, marketing managers and finance professionals working across the whole of London and the UK.

Jane surrounded herself with such a diverse team that Designated PA soon became so much more and today Designated PA is part of Designated Group which provides recruitment, financial, digital marketing, events and medical secretary solutions.

What distinguishes Designated PA is the vast range of professional talent providing a personal service and exceptionally high standards of work and commitment.
