“Our Designated PA is an absolutely integral part of our team, not only in terms of the role they fulfil to an exceptionally high standard, but because of the way they fit into our culture and are happy to be flexible and get involved in a wide variety of activities. This great fit is as a result of Designated fully understanding the brief and the nuance of working in our organisation.”

About Our Client

Global Disinformation Index

The Global Disinformation Index was born out of a need for data, specifically the need for transparent, independent, and neutral disinformation risk ratings across the open web.

GDI’s founders recognised early on that in order to disrupt the business model of disinformation, commercial companies, researchers and policy makers alike need access to independent ratings of news sites’ disinformation risk.

GDI was established in 2018 as a not-for-profit entity built on the three pillars of neutrality, independence and transparency.

The Challenge For Designated PA

One of the primary challenges we had was to comprehensively understand the client’s needs, preferences, and expectations. It required effective communication and active listening to grasp the nuances of what was required.

Striking a balance between being accessible and trustworthy while safeguarding privacy can be delicate.

Additionally, adapting to the dynamic nature of clients’ schedules and evolving priorities necessitates flexibility and quick thinking.

Successfully managing these challenges requires a blend of effective communication skills, meticulous organisation, and the ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics with finesse.

The Results For Our Client

Confidentiality was paramount when bringing on a Personal Assistant for Global Disinformation Index.

“Our Designated Personal Assistant has ensured that confidential matters have been handled with the utmost discretion, safeguarding the company’s interests and reputation.

Our PA has efficiently managed administrative tasks and streamlined workflows, she has freed up valuable time for our executives and key personnel.

We have therefore been able to redirect this time towards high-impact activities such as strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management.”

Why Global Disinformation Index Chose Designated PA
