Our Client
Energex was founded in 2016 by five senior leaders from Morgan Stanley’s Commodities Trading Business who recognised a need in the energy sector for a fresh approach to strategic and commercial advisory services. Energex provides commercial expertise, advice and insights across the energy sector, from oil, gas and LNG and chemicals through to biofuels, environmental products, renewables and waste-to-value.
Our Challenge
Energex came to us in 2019 as they were rapidly growing and needed someone to come in and really hit the ground running. They were focused on bringing in someone to coordinate and organise the booking of their extensive travel itineraries, manage their expenses and sort out any licenses they might need.
Our Results
After just a short time the Energex team quickly realised the benefits of having a PA and the high level of output that could be achieved. They began handing over bigger tasks such as the management of overseas events and complex admin involved in dealing with non UK based companies. This all meant that the in house team were able to concentrate entirely on their job at hand and continue to grow the company.
